Community Service
Key Performance Hospitality Management and our hotels may be smaller in size but we are certainly big at heart. Not only do we provide exceptional service to our team members and guests but we also provide needed services to the people and organizations in the community we live in. Below are a few examples of community opportunities in which we have been involved.
Troy Antonik, President & CEO
Troy is an active member of the Leadership Team of his church, Lakeside UMC in Sanford. His roles have included but are not limited to Finance Team Chairperson, Building Committee Member, Benevolence Team Member and currently holds the position of Lay Leader Chairperson. In addition, Troy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Sanford Main Street as its Treasurer.
Troy is active in Community Outreach in a variety of ways including to serving the homeless in Sanford through Grace & Grits, supporting Back to School, Thanksgiving, and Christmas outreach programs, and assisting in packing meals or blessing bags for those in need. Troy also faithfully serves at his two daughters’ schools through the Seminole County Dividend program.
Ed Gilbert, Chief Marketing Officer
Ed has served on the Florida Hospital Foundation Board as an Executive Board Member for 9 years including 3 years as Chairman of the Board. He was named Volunteer of the Year in 2012 and has single handedly raised over $2,700,000 for Cancer initiatives.
Hotels
Clean the World Recycle Program– donations are made of leftover shampoo, soap, conditioner and lotion and in turn are sent to areas of the world to improve sanitation and hygiene.
Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children-donation of gifts for children.
Adopt a School- each hotel has a public school that they work with to assist in various needs and services.
Friends of Children and Families-7 events during the year where the hotel assists.
Catholic Family Service-Food donations for families at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Susan B Komen Breast Cancer Walk- participated and raised money to fight Breast Cancer. In addition, one of the hotels assisted one of our employees that had Breast Cancer. She has now recovered and back to work.
Hogar Crea Substance Abuse Center-Donation of pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, radios and phones.
Manor Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center- Visit patients on Mother’s Day with flowers and cards.
Goodwill- donation of unclaimed lost and found items.
